Who is Manipulating the United States?
72The Middle East
Rouge Country
There is a country that according to a US Department of State, Human Rights Bureau report of 2010, whose Government uses torture, has poor prison conditions, denies fair trials and holds political prisoners. It restricts freedoms of speech, assembly, movement and religion.
According to a Human Rights Watch report in 2011, this country suppresses the rights of 9 million women and 8 million foreign workers, subjecting them to unfair trials and arbitrary imprisonment.
This country is not Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Iran or Syria, it is Saudi Arabia one of the United States, so called, allies in the Middle East.
Why have I not heard any American politicians asking for changes in the countries regime there?
Why, if America is concerned about the human rights of people around the world, do the rights of the average Saudi get ignored?
With a $60 billion arms deal with Saudi, awaiting Congressional approval, why is nobody asking that it be linked to Human Rights improvements?
- What about Human Rights?
If the US are so concerned with human rights around the world, why are they doing big business with the worst offenders?
Middle East Oil
Middle East Policy
Who really is making the Middle East policies for the US?
Iran and Iraq, both pose threats to the Saudi dominance in the region and Saudi and Syria are long time enemies. Now bring Israel into the equation.
All the US policies in the Middle East favor both Israel and Saudi. They have absolutely nothing to do with human rights and none of the policies particularly favor US citizens in any way.
What about the oil you say?
What about it? America imports 49% of its oil from several countries. It imports most from Canada, then Saudi [No.2], Mexico, Venezuela, Nigeria, Ecuador, Iraq [No.7], Angola, Colombia, Russia and Brazil as No.11.
The US could easily find oil, from other places in the world, to compensate for any shortfalls in the Middle East.
US Soldiers
Why, How?
Firstly, Israel has had the biggest lobby group in Washington for years, bigger even than the NRA. It would not have maintained these numbers if they were not effective.
Second, many of the faceless, wealthy elite of America, who are the puppet masters of the politicians, share business interests with the House of Saudi.
So it all boils down to business, the money and power of big business.
It is nothing to do with oil, human rights, evil dictators, and the well being of Americans or even the protection of young American soldiers. It is all about business and power.
With the possible exception of Saudi Arabia, during the cold war, the USSR had worse human rights records than any of these countries and the US negotiated with them. Why is it that the US appears not to want to try and negotiate with these countries before recommending invasions?
Many now know that American politicians are just puppets but will their lack of pride and thirst to join the elite, allow them to continue to let the United States be a puppet to Nazi style regime?
The United States foreign policy for the Middle East should be carefully reviewed before honest American soldiers are once again put into harms way.
- Who is the Terrorist?
Why is it when the US is trying to fight a war on terror, they are themselves using terror tactics? Who is and what should be done about it? - Where are the Media Now
With millions having been spent on bringing Libya "freedom" why do we hear no more reports of what is happening to their new freedom. Is there a "gag" on the media? - Is the War, on Terrorists or Terror?
We are told that we are winning the war on terror. Is this true? What will define success and is it possible to have two winners? - Are Nuclear Weapons, Deterrents?
We are told that countries have nuclear weapons as deterrents only. Is this true? If this is true, then why are we creating the needs for more countries to acquire their own deterrents?

It's always about oil! But Americans keep voting for politicians that are in bed with the oil and gas industry, so it's not surprising we would have such a foreign policy.
I sure can't argue anything you have said though I really wish I could. Lobbying has to be taken out of our government somehow if "We the people" are to ever have a chance. You make some really good, hard cold facts stand out here.
Israel runs this country and if any American President messes with them they get a bullet or two in the head! http://somethgblue.hubpages.com/hub/JFK-Assassinat
Every President is shown the the same movie of JFK getting killed and is then asked . . . Any Questions?
You have hit on the million dollar question, Nineteen 9/11 terrorists came from Saudi Arabia and yet we went into Iraq. Honestly, we are all puppets and we will never learn the truth about any of this. Up and interesting.
"It's money, honey, my little sonny -
And the rich Sheik's joke ia always funny!"

Good hub, Rafken.
The Rothschilds (and their American buddies, the Rockefellers) stand to gain from every conflict. Creating a debt-based currency and owning the central banks of every(?) country have given them unprecedented power. But they also make money by supplying both sides of every war. The Rothschilds have been doing that since the 1700's. Nelson Rockefeller was asked about his own companies doing this during the Vietnam War, when he was being grilled by Congress before being confirmed as Vice President. To our shame, Congress let his statement of ignorance slide. Global Conquest 101 states that you "always" supply both sides in a conflict. This not only gives you more income, but also greater control of the outcome.
Could it be that both Soviet Union and Nazi Germany were testing grounds for techniques they plan to use worldwide?
The freedoms of American liberty are being eroded. A problem is created, followed by a pre-packaged solution. 9/11 and the "Patriot Act" is one such evil pair. And it seems the Rockefellers knew about 9/11 before it happened--all for the excuse to take over Iraq and Afghanistan.
When that same R&R government comes to you and demands you wear a microchip for ID, don't do it. With that, the last vestige of freedom will be gone.

We do not need oil from other parts of the world, we have all the oil we need for several hundred years! Right now we are being told that production is slowing due to buyers cannot take any more and the tanks are full! This is due to areas where we used to drill wells and get 3 to 10 barrels a day, those same areas thanks to fracking and horizontal drilling are now producing up to 500 barrels a day! Some of these wells are near where the very first oil wells were ever drilled in the US! I have been on location and have seen it with my own eyes!............That Keystone pipeline for everyones inforation would move not only Canada oil but ours from the Baken and Oklahoma down to the gulf! Push to get it done!
